We work to process your orders within 72 business hours of receipt. Orders that are placed on weekends and holidays are processed within 72 hours of the following business day. Orders generally will arrive within 5-10 business days after processing.

Do your products have expiration dates?
In line with our commitment to quality and efficacy, our products maintain their potency for up to 6 months after opening when stored properly. To preserve the integrity of Urban Bubble products, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. UV light will gradually degrade natural ingredients, so keeping them in a dark place helps maintain their freshness. As a precaution, we advise discontinuing use after the specified period to ensure optimal results. Your skincare journey is important to us, and we're here to support you every step of the way.
In what order should I use your products?
All Urban Bubble product label have specific direction for use. Our face products are designed to work within your existing skincare system. The first step in the face routine is our solid cleansing bar, which works to remove makeup and impurities. Next, we suggest a few sprays of your favortite toner essence to hydrate the skin, followed by a your chosen Urban Bubble Face Oil Serum. Lastly, seal it all in with your favorite waterless moisturizer. But, not for long, though! We'll be debuing our Urban Bubble waterless moisturizer in the summer of 2024. 🤎🫧

How should I store my Release butter scrubs?
Urban Bubble Butter Scrubs are designed to melt upon contact with your skin and will liquefy if exposed to temperatures significantly warmer than body temperature. It's worth noting that they refrigerate and freeze extremely well. You can store them in a container or freezer bag until needed. This allows you to enjoy your butter scubs at your convenience without compromising their quality.
